Yes, you can download and install new version of Mobiola Headset for free, registration information will be preserved during the installation even if you previously uninstalled the old version.
Activation issues:
Due to our end-user license agreement one activation key can be used once on a single PC. Once registered, the USER is granted a non-exclusive license to install and use this Software on one PC or one Mac computer. A valid license must be purchased for each computer on which the software is installed.
Mobiola Headset automatically installs onto your device if you selected this option while during installation process on your PC. Alternatively, you can manually install the software onto your device. The installation package for your device is located within the application folder in Program Files folder.
Most probably you are behind the proxy or do not have Internet connection at all. In these cases you would need to proceed to offline activation mode:
We would need the hardware fingerprint number (hardware ID) from the dialog that you will see after executing this command. Please send us your hardware fingerprint within Support Request Form along with your order details and we will generate a unique activation key for your PC.
According to our license - you can use one registered copy on one PC with multiple devices.
Technical Questions:
You should make sure that your device is connected to your PC and PC Suite can detect your device. If your device is connected and you have selected the correct COM port but still have no connection, please see the user guide within the application (Right click on a tray icon -> Help).
You should install the latest version of Mobiola Headset and set Mobiola Audio Source as your messenger's audio source as it is shown in User Guide (“Using with messaging applications” tab).
