IM+ Blackberry/Spype Couldn't hear other side voice

I downloaded and installed IM+ and tried used it to dial to fixed line phone or other skypers to talk in voice. I found the dialing went well and the fixed line phone or other skyper's phone are ringing. But both of us couldn't hear each other's voice after picking up the phone call.

Is it any problem with setting up in IM+ ?

I tried to submit the support request from IM + Talk (Help - Support&About), but there was a error, "mail services error: MAIL_APL: No RIM service record." What should I do?

buy it from blackberry world, and try to use my skype, with lots of credit in my skype but when calling other phone or online friends, no sound for it. Any solution to solve it? really need it to talk to my family.

Please let me explain how IM+ Talk deals with Skype calls.

You may make free VoIP calls via Wi-Fi or 3G/EDGE if you select "Make VoIP calls" in IM+ Talk "General"->"Settings".
VOiP calls work in half-duplex mode so you would need to use the convenience key of your Blackberry to switch between "talk" and "listen" modes (like a walkie-talkie).
By default the settings are to switch to "talk" mode when left convenience key is pressed and to switch back to "listen" mode when it is released. You may change these settings under "Settings" - "VoIP" within the application.

When you are not in Wi-Fi zone, you can still make calls using callback.
In this case both the contact person and you will get the incoming call.
This is because when you use callback you are actually making two calls: one - to Skype contact or to phone number and another - to your callback number.

Both calls are charged according to standard Skype rates, therefore Skype credits or Skype subscription are required for all incoming and outgoing calls in IM+ Talk in Callback mode.

+1 My phone is bold 9900. The other side can hear but I can't hear the other side. Tied both wi-fi and 3g connections. This is a software issue certainly.
