Do you press convenience key when talking?

So if i want to listen to the call, i still need convenience key ? i just dont know the otherside can hear me or not , but for my side, i cant hear anything. i m really ur guys can solve it asap, so i dont need to switch my phone to iphone or android phone for skype.

When convenience key is released, you are in "listen" mode.
If you do not hear anything, please submit us a support request from IM+ Talk selecting "Help" / "Support&About". We will investigate this situation individually.

seriously? im+ talk skype for blackberry can only work in this walkie talkie manner? is there no way to just use it as a regular skype client to use for VoIP? Imagine a 90 minute conversation where you have to keep pressing the button to hear the other side... and then with the VoIP delay, i can only imagine a horrifying experience.. please tell me this is not what you explained, right?

I've just started using this on a trial before I buy, which is just as well. I've tried calling, 1st I cannot hearing it ringing, then I see it's been answered & cannot hear the other side but they can hear me! Very annoying...

hey ive been having the same problem...i use the conveniance key etc...when i call the person can hear me but i cant hear anything...only got the trial version so gonna hole off on buying until i can work it out or the problem is fixed.

When will the update be released? I had a free trial & couldn't use it! Was then given 7 days extra but still can't use it. I've had quite a few emails from you! The last one on the 17th October, saying "your development team continues to investigate". I'm so glad that I didn't buy it 1st....
