Hello,

Currently, I'm using evaluation version of IM+Talk on my symbian s60 device. I'm facing a problem. When I'm signing in, it's saying that "Connection to server has failed", meanwhile, alternative application is working fine. I'm using Skype's own application. I closed alternative application while signing in with IM+talk.

I faced this problem since I installed.

Hello,

I'm receiving this error message still. The same situation occurs with 3G connection and WiFi.

I thought it's because I'm using trial version. I purchased the app, still can't connect.

Sorry for the delay in response.

This situation requires more thorough investigation.

Please go to Settings / Advanced and check "Enable logging".
Then the log file will be created to record all your work with application.
You will be informed about the path for log creation while enabling the option.

Close IM+ Talk, then restart it again, reproduce the issue and send us the log file.
You can find the log file connecting your phone to computer using the file manager.

Please attach the log here right after the issue has occurred and before the new start of the application.
Alternatively you may send it by e-mail to support@shapeservices.com. Please provide the link to this forum thread in the description.
