This situation requires more thorough investigation.
Please go to Settings / Advanced and check "Enable logging".
Then the log file will be created to record all your work with application.
You will be informed about the path for log creation while enabling the option.
Close IM+ Talk, then restart it again, reproduce the issue and send us the log file.
You can find the log file connecting your phone to computer using the file manager.
Please attach the log here right after the issue has occurred and before the new start of the application.
