My problems with this:

I just loaded today and it is not a good program - frankly, I want a refund.

Each of the 5 times I've gone into the application I've had to re-setup my IM accounts - they are not saving at all. And, it won't load my Yahoo contacts list at all - just circles and circles and I have to close the application down and restart.

The first time I tried to chat on it, it wouldn't send - then it wouldn't close the conversation, I had to close the application
The second time I tried to chat on it, to close the conversation, I had to close the program.

I've only had one conversation going at once, but the conversation header box overlaps the application header box and if there would be two conversations, I see of no way to toggle between them.

I'm a very unhappy customer.

Sorry for the inconveniences.
Unfortunately we are unable to consider any refund requests, as the application is distributed via App Catalog and is charged by them.
You might contact them directly for this.

We on our side are working on software update.
