I looked all over the site and could not find any reference to my questions, so I thought I'd try in here.

Are my passwords stored on the ShapeServices server at any point?

How does Push IM work? All I could find is that you need to set up an email account, but no details about how it works.

I tried to find a user manual to help me answer some questions but couldn't find one. If there is one available, please point me in the right direction.

What other details are stored on the shapeservice servers? (eg my IMEI number, etc).

We do not store passwords on our servers.
Your IMEI is stored on our reqistration server, as it is linked with your license code.


That's how IM Push works:
Upon exiting IM+, you are offered to stay online in "IM Push" mode. In this mode, IM+ on your mobile is not running, thus saving precious battery life.
In IM Push mode you remain online in all IM services, and continue receiving IMs as e-mails pushed to your mailbox.
Your replies will be converted to instant messages and will be delivered back to your contact.

If I get a message in IM Push mode, will it also send them to IM+ when I reconnect, or will it only send it to my email account and I will only get the IM once I check my email?

It should also appear in IM+ when you open it.
