Pricing question

Postby Monaro427 » Wed Oct 21, 2009 6:07 am

Why is it that IM+ for iPhone is $10 and IM+ for Pocket PC is $40 (specially since the PocketPC version does not even include Skype yet, which probably indicates that it will always lag behind in development).

Seems a little unfair to PocketPC users. I guess I'll wait and see if I can find a store that sells it for a bit less, but it is rather annoying. :(

iPhone and Windows Mobile applications are in different price ranges. Most of iPhone applications are cheaper than similar Windows Mobile ones.
Also when you purchase IM+ for Windows Mobile, you may cross-grade for free to almost every mobile platform (except iPhone) if you change your mobile device. iPhone users are not entitled for free cross-grades.

Thanks for your reply. I would be happy to pay a little bit more, but 4x as much seems a little unfair to me. Just my personal opinion though.

Is it possible to re-activate my 7 day trial as I did not get time to use the product after I installed it for the first time (which you can most likely confirm by looking at your logs). Thanks.
