Can IM+ change or insert the avatar?

If using the original yahoo or aim etc, I can insert or change the avatar.

How about im+, can I do that? If yes how to do it?

At the moment this option is not available.
Avatars can be changed via desktop messenger, and will be displayed accordingly in IM+.

We plan to add this feature in one of the future versions.

Hey Maria, I have a question for you, when you say via desktop messenger do you mean such as the messaging application provider like AIM client or MSN client, or does IM+ have a desktop messenger client I'm not aware of, thank you.

I have asked 2 questions so far on this forum. The answer that I always get is you will have the feature available in the next version.

When is the next version will be out?

Is there any ETA on that?

I would like to buy im+ if I know when these features can be used.

I mean the original desktop client of the service, like AIM client, or MSN client.
IM+ does not have desktop version.
You'll just need to make sure the changes were saved when changing avatar on desktop, and give it a couple minutes for servers exchanging the information.

MSN also requires a setting in Live Messenger to be checked : you'll need to go to Options / Sign In and check "Use the same display picture and personal message wherever I sign in".

The version is currently still being tested by our testing department.
As soon as they give it a go, it will be released.
We are expecting it shortly.
