Issue with Skype reconnecting

Why you don't reconnect automatically when connection is lost?

I can always reconnect manually immediately after the error appears...

When our servers are overloaded and Skype is disconnected in IM+, it will not reconnect automatically. So the situation you are experienced can appear while servers are overloaded.
We are constantly working on improving our servers stability.

Are the servers still overloaded?

It was fixed for a while but for past 2-3 weeks it's really ugly.

The skype connection is lost every 2 hours and once I open IM+ it connects immediately. Why it cannot be automated? When the push notification is received to open IM+ which will then reconnect?

Is this really caused by the overloaded servers? Why I then can connect well in 1st sec after the app is open?
