Where is the menu for exporting history ?

Hello,

I might be blind but I am not able to find the menu option for exporting history anymore. I am using the newest pro version of IM+. The version before this I was able to open the history of a chat and then there was a menu option "export". I can not find it anymore, neither in tablet mode (on my xoom) nor in phone mode (on my defy). I also changed the layout - no luck.

I am sure I am just missing something.

Please open your chat dialog and then select 'History' from the menu. Then you just need to tap the Menu option once again (for example, it is the icon in the right upper corner in IM+ in tablet mode) and select whether you want to export history, export to SD card or Clear history.

Thanks for your answer. But when I open the history, there is no icon in the upper right corner. Tapping the IM+ icon on the left leads me back to the chat dialog. On my phone it works but not on my tablet in tablet mode. I also have no menu icon in my status bar as some apps have.

Exactly this icon is not there. Neither in tablet mode nor in phone mode (on my tablet) and aslo neither with light theme nor with dark theme.

Please make sure that you are using the latest IM+ version 6.2.1 and then please send us some screenshots that illustrate the situation.

I updated IM+ from 6.2.0 to 6.2.1. The problem still exists. The icon in the upper right corner is missing. I am not able to make screenshots, cause my tablet is not rootet - so I took a pic with a cam, I hope you can see that the icon is missing.

Please specify your mobile device. Do you have SD card on your mobile?

As I stated in my first post, my tablet is a Motorola Xoom. I have a SD-Card in my tablet. The app is installed on phone, not on SD-Card, cause I want to use the widget.

Sorry for misunderstanding.
Please try to reproduce the situation and after you open the history with the contact please push the 'Volume Up' button and then send us the log file from IM+ About / Feedback (Support).
