unknown command; of shapeservices.gate.protocol. CommandPars

Hi,
i have Samsung S5230 and during teh download i'm getting unknown command; of shapeservices.gate.protocol. CommandParseException

can you please help?

Would you please describe in more detail how do you try to install IM+?

I would recommend you to open wap.shapeservices.com from your phone's browser and press "Try now" button to download.
