On November 2 we submitted IM+ v.3.5 to Apple Review (see change log at viewtopic.php?f=3&t=30)
Today we have received a reply:
"Unfortunately, your application, IM+ 3.5, cannot be submitted to the App Store because it uses a standard ContactAdd button for an action which is not its intended purpose. Applications must adhere to the iPhone Human Interface Guidelines as outlined in the iPhone Developer Program License Agreement section 3.3.5.
The ContactAdd button is to be used to display a people picker to add a contact to an item. Implementing standard buttons to perform other tasks will lead to user confusion. It would be appropriate to use a custom icon."

what's the ETA for getting the problem fixed & resubmitted to apple?

3.5 version has been already re-submitted. Waiting for AppReview approval.

i don't think anymore, that it will be released. it takes too long again, so it's quite sure, that it will be rejected again. DAMN IT.

Wtf .. rejected again?? I hope not .. i m waiting for the app to go on sale like it happens on new version release. Apple is f@#*ed up. I am almost give up waiting for this app and stick with only with beejiveim.

no, i didn't say that. i said, that i think it was probably rejected again, because it takes too long again. usually apple-team needs about 5 days to take a look on an app or its update. developers said in this thread that im+ was re-submitted on 18. november. today is almost 3.december. where is the app??
i know, that the dev-team of im+ can't help us with our waiting...
