IM+ Blackberry/Spype Couldn't hear other side voice

We are going to release new IM+ Talk version compatible with Blackberry OS 7.

When will the update be released? I had a free trial & couldn't use it! Was then given 7 days extra but still can't use it. I've had quite a few emails from you! The last one on the 17th October, saying "your development team continues to investigate". I'm so glad that I didn't buy it 1st....

There is no timeframe for release yet, sorry.

Hi I`m novice on forum, but I`m very sad. The support two month and half here our cray about non working soft on the BB OS 7.
And what we here: pls push convinience key!!!!!.
Dear Victoria - Your programmers sent to stock non working software and some of us bougt this programm and what ?
You will be ready send our money back?
Or They will find solution and fix this very sensivity mistake?
You have known name on the market - keep it in good place!
A propose, I start work with IM+ for Skype from 2009 year (bougt licence version 2.3.2) and new v4.4 with unacceptible bag?

As we have already mentioned unfortunately IM+ Talk application is not compatible with Blackberry OS7.
Our developers are working to release an updated version of IM+ Talk application compatible with this OS.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide any refunds for purchases made at Blackberry App World. It's out
of our scope.
We may offer you a free change to IM+ Pro application instead.
