Are you guys going to update the Palm Pre IM+ application? Right now it's a terrible buggy app that barely works and has 1 and a half stars in the app catalog. Selling it for 10 bucks is criminal if the app doesn't work. I hope an update is coming.

• The main issue I and many others experienced was the application completely freezing after logging in, can't scroll the screen, can't click any of the menu items or open the preferences. After this happens a few times, most will delete the app.
  
• Jabber doesn't login
  
• Some report they can sign in but can't send or receive messages via aim
  
• Some report there are "tons of bugs" and they hope you guys have updates coming
  
• Chats fail 90% of the time

Features people would like to see:

• Facebook messager
  
• The app currently needs to be open to use it, some have asked for it to be able to run in the background

I would suggest you keep track of the ratings on your application, right now this app is 1 and a half stars out of 5. You could get a lot more customers if you fixed the issues people are having.

When exactly does it happen more often (e.g. when contact list is loading, or when switching between dialogues).

I just bought the IM+ app last night and been trying to chat but fail. After logging in, page jus freeze and won't scroll up or down or letting to do any other options. I'm utterly disappointed, especially when I paid $9.99 for an app. Also would even be better if Skype comes together cos to get both, that's almost $20, for 2 apps that has similar functions. :(
