GmbH ("SHAPE Services"), and is accessed by you under
the Terms of Service ("Terms of Service").

SHAPE Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
modify or replace the Terms of Service at any time. Your continued
use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance
of the new Terms of Service. Further, these Terms of Service apply
exclusively to your access to, and use of, the Site and are in
addition to the terms or conditions of any other agreement you
may have with SHAPE for products, services or otherwise.
Description of service
Subject to full compliance with the Terms of Service, SHAPE Services
may offer to provide certain services and content, as described
more fully on the Site, ("Services"). Services shall
include, but not be limited to, any service and content SHAPE
Services performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials
displayed or performed on the Site (including, but not limited
to text, user comments, messages, information, data, graphics,
news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, software, audio
clips and video clips, also known as the "Content")
on the Site. SHAPE Services may change, suspend or discontinue
the Services including any Content for any reason, at any time,
including the availability of any feature or content. SHAPE Services
may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict
your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or
liability.
Privacy policy
SHAPE Services believes in protecting user privacy. Users of the
Site should refer to our Privacy Policy for information about
how SHAPE Services uses and collects information on the Site.
Return policy
SHAPE Services offers free fully functional trial of all our software that you can download and try before you buy. Therefore, it is assumed that when a user purchased the registered version, he/she is satisfied with the software's features and functionality.
If you have not tested free trial, please do so before purchasing to make sure that the product is what you want.
With the above said, we will consider any refund requests and make our best to assist you.
Please note that most of the problems you may have been faced with are known and already have resolutions. You may visit FAQ section on our website or contact our Support Team with any of your concern.
SHAPE Services provides refund if all of the following applies:
You purchased the software directly from www.shapeservices.com;
You sent us detailed description of the issue;
The irresolvable problem is acknowledged by the Support Team;
You request the refund within 30 days after purchase.
No refunds will be provided in any of the following cases:
You purchased our application from some online store, e.g. Handango or Mobihand. You would need to apply to its Sales Department in order to obtain refund;
30 days refund period has passed;
You changed the mobile device. Your license can be replaced for free in case of equal price for different platforms or with the price difference between your original payment and the price for a compatible version;
Subscription payments. Every subscription can be canceled on a customer’s side at any moment. Trial period is also available for those applications that can be used on a subscription basis;
Your handheld device was lost or damaged.
How to request a refund:
Please send an email to our Support Team that includes:
Software title for which you are requesting the refund.
Date of order and order confirmation email.
Reason why you are requesting a refund.
In case of refund, it will be credited directly back to the card used for purchase or to the PayPal account in case you purchased using PayPal.

IS WITH YOU.
Liability limitation
IN NO EVENT WILL ANY SHAPE PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, BASED ON, OR RESULTING FROM
THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SHAPE WEB SITES.
